RETURNING STOCK ITEMS

A stock item is an item that is held in stock, is immediately available for collection and that does not need to be ordered in.

1. Please notify us by telephone (030 7371 8476) or e-mail (info@wbrinteriors.com ) within 7 days from date of collection/delivery.

2. We request that you show us the original purchase invoice.

3. We request that you return product(s) to us unused and in their original packaging.

4. Delivery/insurance charges are not refundable.

5. Sale, ex-display or reduced items are ‘Sold as Seen’ and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLING NON STOCK ITEMS

A non stock item is an item that is not immediately available from stock and therefore needs to be ordered in especially for you.

If you wish to cancel such orders, please notify us by telephone (030 7371 8476) or e-mail (info@wbrinteriors.com ) at least 8 days prior to the estimated arrival time. Failing to do that will result in a 30% re-stocking charge.

RETURNING BESPOKE ITEMS

A bespoke item is an item that needs to be manufactured or finished to your individual requirements. It is not a stock item and needs to be commissioned for each individual customer.

We do not offer refunds on any bespoke items unless they are found to be faulty.

RETURNING DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

All goods must be examined immediately upon delivery or collection. In the event of damages:

1. Please notify us of the damage by telephone (030 7371 8476) or e-mail (info@wbrinteriors.com ) within 3 working days from the date of collection/delivery.

2. We will request photographic evidence.

3. We request that you show us the original purchase invoice.

4. We request that you return product(s) to us unused and in their original packaging.

 

Replacements for damaged goods will only be dispatched once the original items have been received.

WBR INTERIORS LTD DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

1. Sale, ex-display or reduced items. They are ‘Sold as Seen’ and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged items not notified by telephone or e-mail to us within 7 days.

3. Items returned after 28 days.

4. Delivery Costs.

5. Prior to ordering, it is your responsibility to accurately measure up and ensure the items can be successfully delivered. WBR INTERIORS Ltd.does not accept any responsibility for items that cannot fit into residences.
