If the product has an ‘enquire’ button next to it, it means that it is not available for collection/delivery straight away. It will need to be ordered for you. Please fill the enquiry form and one of our sales representatives will contact you as soon a s possible to assist you and provide you with any information required (product information, expected lead times, delivery charges, etc.). After placing your order online, you will receive an ‘Acknowledgement of order’ confirming that your order has been received. This does not constitute an acceptance of the order. A member of our team will then get in contact with you via telephone or e-mail to process and finalize your order and to collect payment where applicable. They will also discuss with you any delivery charges and options should you require it.
All orders are subject to availability.
An email confirmation is only a confirmation that we have received your order and/or payment. It is not an acceptance of your order and we retain the right to contact you and issue a full refund in the event of complications with your order; including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing, stock availability and delivery charges. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Services Representatives either by email or by phone.

Although we will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system, small adjustments may be necessary from time to time. The information on this website may not always reflect the situation at the exact moment you placed the order.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website.
With many products, natural timber and traditional treatments have been used throughout, to achieve an authentic antique appearance, and then hand finished with several individual processes to create an aged effect. Any visible stains or cracks are part of the desired finish, and should not be considered as defects. This may also cause some items to vary slightly in appearance, size, colour or texture from one to another; we cannot accept these as faults.
The majority of furniture is hand crafted and therefore occasionally may alter or slightly change the design of items due to the handmade nature, although overall quality is not affected. We cannot accept these as faults. Due to the handicraft nature size is to be used as a guide only whilst every effort is maintained to provide a consistent colour and finish for product groups, if exact matches of furniture are required we advise ordering from the same batch.
Upholstery and wooden furniture is likely to fade if left in direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
The images shown online and in catalogues are for illustration purposes only. Many products are also shown with additional props but these are not included in the sale of a product unless otherwise specified.

Some assembly may be required for our furniture, light fittings and fragile items.
Delivery charges are not included in the prices advertised on this website.
Deliveries can be arranged by WBR INTERIORS Ltd. on your behalf at an extra cost. The price will vary depending on the volume of the goods, weight, delivery address, etc. Once we have received your order, we will contact you to finalize it and process the payment; at that stage, we will be happy to provide you with a few different delivery quotations obtained from independent delivery companies if you require. Once agreed with the delivery terms, you can pay the delivery charge directly to the delivery company, or pay the same amount to WBR INTERIORS Ltd (and we will pay the delivery company on your behalf).
Deliveries are not carried out directly by WBR INTERIORS Ltd; we are happy to get quotations on your behalf and act as an intermediary between you and the delivery company of your choice. We cannot take responsibility for any problems, damages, accidents occurred after the goods have left our premises including any damages to property fixtures or fittings caused by drivers carrying stock into the customer’s premises.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and times as these may be affected by circumstances outside our control. ETA dates are for guidance only and may change due to unexpected delivery problems.
Items arriving from overseas may be subject to severe delays and we are unable to keep accurate ETAs on these items.
We will do our best to contact you if we are forewarned of delays.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any individual or company.
If the driver is unable to gain access to the agreed delivery address he will return the goods to our showroom and we will make contact with you to re-arrange delivery. You will still incur the delivery charge. You might also be charged a further fee to re arrange the delivery at a different time.
All goods must be signed for to confirm receipt. If you are unavailable at this time we recommend a responsible adult is available to sign on your behalf.
